Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our B2B clients ask most before placing a first order.

1 unit for sample orders on all product lines. Full OEM production runs start at 10 units for kiosks and interactive panels, and 10 sqm for LED video walls and transparent LED film.
OEM production runs: 30–35 business days after deposit and design approval. Orders requiring custom enclosures may add 10–20 days to the production timeline.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% T/T balance before shipment. We accept wire transfer (T/T) and L/C at sight for orders above USD 80,000.
All products are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. Test reports are available on request. If you require additional market certifications (e.g. CB, UL, KC), contact us to discuss the timeline and cost.
All products carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment, covering hardware defects. For claims, contact screens@skytroni.com with your order number and a photo or video of the fault. We dispatch replacement parts within 10 business days of fault confirmation. Alternatively, claim value can be deducted from your next order. Consumables (glass, cables) and physical damage are excluded.
Our standard terms are FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), which give buyers control over their freight forwarder and insurance. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available on request for shipments to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and other EU countries, but is not offered by default and depends on order volume and destination.
Yes. We support firmware-level customization: custom boot logos, pre-installed APKs, kiosk-mode lockdown (MDM-ready), and localized UI (Polish, German, English, and others). Provide your APK and requirements — we handle flashing and QA before shipment.
